"Whilst many nymphs"

"Whilst many nymphs" is a monoprint which i created for my MA studies, I did a series of prints that represented Shakespeare's sonnets, they are printed on a2 paper and are created from cutting figures and symbols from wallpaper and fabric and then inking them up and rolled through a press.

I will post the 12 prints over the next few days they took about a year and a half to produce as it was a very tricky process but the results were brilliant the detail close up is really beautiful.
